Does not work. What I am doing wrong when the scanner finds Claro. I want to remove it but I must register? Do I need to pay for this? I want Claro gone but I am a poor college kid. can you cut me a break here?

  • Carson

Finally worked after having to boot into safe mode using the F8 key at startup. I had to select “safe mode with networking” and not just “safe mode”. Hopefully this helps others.

  • Quin fusisy

This truly answered my problem, thank you!

I wrote the claro people and they said I had to jump through hoops to remove this mess. I didn’t have the know-how to do that so I just paid for your spyhunter taking a chance. Boy I am glad I did, it found and removed the Claro toolbar within 6 minutes of scanning and removing malware. I had some other trojans on my PC as well I had no clue of. My Dell system now boots into Windows 7 faster and seems to load web pages better now.

Claro should be ashamed for having such a piece of crap toolbar that you can’t remove unless you use antimalware software. LIke you Jason, I am too writing them a strongly worded letter.

  • Marry V.

Claro installs when you install some free shareware programs from download.com. They should be ashamed and then shot in the head. Thank God for you online safety people.
